  Terms & Conditions / Refund Policy

    1. All Donations must be made in the name of NGO.
    2. The NGO will issue a donation acknowledgment/receipt for every contribution received.
    3. Donors should provide accurate information for acknowledgment purposes, including their name, contact details and any specific requirements for acknowledgment.
    4. Donations are NON-REFUNDABLE. Once a donation is made, it cannot be reversed or refunded, except in cases of proven error or fraud.
    5. The NGO is registered non-profit organization and donations will be eligible for tax-deduction.
    6. Donors may specify the purpose of their donation. The NGO will make reasonable efforts to allocate funds according to donor preferences, but reserves the right to allocate funds where they are most needed.
    7. The NGO is committed to maintaining transparency in the use of Donated funds. Periodic report on the utilization of funds may be provided to donors.
    8. Donor information will be treated confidentially and will not be shared with anyone without the consent.
    9. The NGO reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Donors will be notified of any changes.
